Submission quality
How to get your music to DJs in the pool. Read before you upload on your dashboard.
Formats
WAV, FLAC, or MP3. WAV preferred for masters. Max 80MB per file.
Headroom
Bounce with at least −1 dB headroom on the master bus. Clipping above 0 dB will be rejected.
Required metadata
Title, artist name, BPM, musical key, and at least one genre. Artwork strongly recommended (square, min 1400px).
Originals
Your own production or officially cleared release. You retain rights; the uploader waiver grants .wavpool distribution to verified DJs.
Edits & remixes
Select track type (remix or edit). Credit the original artist in metadata. Only upload edits you have rights to distribute.
Clean vs explicit
Mark explicit content at upload so radio-safe DJs can filter. When in doubt, choose explicit.
Auto intro edits (originals)
When an original is approved, .wavpool can auto-generate a 32-bar instrumental intro (stem separation + crossfade into the full mix). Assumes 4/4 time and correct BPM. Remixes and manual edits are skipped — upload those yourself.
